Processing time: Because every item is handmade and many are personalized just for you, please allow 5–7 business days to create your order before it ships. If we ever get backed up, we'll post an updated turnaround time right here so you always know what to expect.

Shipping: You'll choose your shipping speed at checkout, and delivery time depends on the method you select. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

Need it by a certain date? Especially around the holidays — if your order is time-sensitive, please email us at support@collectiblesforchange.com before you order so we can make sure we can meet your deadline.

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

Local pickup & events: Local to the Lafayette, Indiana area? Reach out at support@collectiblesforchange.com — we're often at community events and may be able to arrange pickup.

Lost or delayed packages: Once your order is on its way, it's in the carrier's hands. If tracking shows a problem, email us at support@collectiblesforchange.com and we'll help however we can.
